I've had a sensitive heart my whole life. For the first 40 years, that seemed like a curse - I attracted bullies, narcissists, and people who wanted to take advantage of my kind, giving nature.

After a few painful relationships came to an end, a friend sent me an article about narcissism and I realized the pattern I had been stuck in.

I dug deep and did the inner work needed to change my pattern and become stronger within myself. I learned how to consciously choose who entered my life, instead of blindly accepting anyone.

Because I see so many loving, highly empathic women settling for crumbs in their relationships like I once did, I've made it my mission to help them break the cycle and raise their standards for love.
